The story of grundwerk begins in 2015 with a portfolio holder of smaller properties. The search for a professional administration is difficult because of the size of the property and the idea arises to found your own property management. In 2016, grundwerk will operate in the Rhein-Main region with the aim of offering professional management for smaller properties.
In 2017, the headquarters will relocate to Karlsruhe and adjust the corporate structure. The processing now takes place centrally in Karlsruhe, the property managers on site take care of the object care. At the end of 2017, the company is already represented in Munich and Berlin alongside the Rhein-Main area.
At the beginning of 2018, grundwerk employs 18 administrative staff.
